A Sydney-based start-up, Data Republic, has built a technology platform that allows company and government data to be exchanged in a secure environment. It will benefit companies looking to create revenue from streams of digital information being collected from customers.
Data Republic, which launches on Friday, has 14 staff but none did any coding on the platform until a governance framework to establish trust between users and contributors of the data, was designed by law firm Allens.
